Theo Goutier, Senior Consultant

Prior to 2015 Theo Goutier worked for over 20 years in European and Global leadership roles in Supply Chain & Operations in Blue Chip companies such as GE, Sara Lee and Koch Industries. Theo is an expert at end-to-end supply chain assessments and executing projects to implement the opportunities found. He has led and successfully managed European and World-Wide transformation/organizational change projects in Supply Chain at Sara Lee, Sandvik, GE and Koch Industries.
Armed with over 25 years of experience now he has contributed to the identification and capture of tens of millions of dollars of improved warehousing and distribution spend, service improvement, lead-time / working capital / inventory reduction, and planning optimization for clients.
His experience includes supply chain / distribution redesign and reorganization, evaluation, and consulting in the implementation of planning, scheduling, and materials coordination of factories, generic performance improvement management such as productivity and output increase.
Connecting people to processes and data is in his mind the most effective way to change as an organization. Facilitating this process and helping workers, supervisors and leaders to overcome any blocking point and initial resistance is in his DNA.
Theo has a background in Industrial Engineering. He lives near Brussels , Belgium. Theo is fluent in Dutch (native) and English, speaks German and French.
