Dale Whittenberg, Senior Partner

Dale Whittenberg spent the first 10 years of his career at Dow Chemical and Dow Agrosciences. He worked with operations to optimize manufacturing processes and process control algorithms. In addition, he assessed manufacturing facilities against ISO standards and assisted them with gap closure following the assessment.

Over the next 13 years, he continued in specialty manufacturing leadership holding Plant Manager and Director of Operations roles. Ending in responsibility for the manufacturing supply chain for a $1B product line.

He spent his last nine years in industry leading strategic transformation efforts. The last four of these were leading a digital transformation team to transition the process and equipment monitoring for a large refiner to predictive methods using machine learning tools.

He has successfully facilitated teams through Kaizen Events and developing long-term Vision and Strategic plans.

As a consultant, Dale has focused on data analytics and digital transformation.
