Bruce has dedicated his extensive work career within the Leadership  roles of Production Supervision, Manufacturing & Operations, M&A Integration, Quality Management System Deployments & Improvement and Business Excellence Improvement through Lean Six Sigma.

Within his 40 year work career Bruce has worked and held increasing levels of Leadership roles within Milliken, Nortel Networks, Avaya, Berry Plastics (Avintiv) and nThrive.

Bruce has extensive Global experience (22 Countries) through his Leadership roles within M&A Integration, Process Improvement, Quality Management System deployment, Auditing, Customer Satisfaction and Lean Six Six training and deployments.

Bruce is very passionate in helping Organizations Transform their Business by utilizing his extensive Customer Relationship & Team Building skills, Process Improvement knowledge, Problem Solving Skills and the identification and Standardization of Best Practices.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Furman University (Greenville, SC) and a Masters in Quality Management from Loyola University (New Orleans). He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Master. Bruce has achieved ASQ certifications in Quality Audit & Quality Management. Bruce also has significant Audit & Assessment experience through certifications and utilization of Quality Standards such a ISO, GMP, MBNQA and P&G QAKE 19 elements.
