Arnold Castro is a forward-thinking technology executive with over 25 years of experience leading digital transformation, data strategy, and emerging technology initiatives. As Chief Data Officer at Caravel Solutions/MFG Analytic, he has successfully leveraged Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to optimize supply chains, improve operational efficiencies, and drive revenue growth. His expertise in cloud adoption, data engineering, and artificial intelligence has helped organizations accelerate innovation while reducing costs.

Previously, Arnold served as Director of Technology at RCP, where he led modernization efforts that cut costs, implemented innovative software solutions, and enhanced business scalability. His background also includes systems engineering roles at NASA and Synergy ServComm, where he streamlined IT infrastructures, improved security, and led large-scale technology deployments.

A U.S. Army veteran, Arnold brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to leadership, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and implementing cutting-edge technologies. He holds an MBA and a Master’s in Analytics from Texas A&M University, along with certifications in Scrum and Data Analytics. His technical expertise spans cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), data science, AI/ML, and enterprise IT solutions.
